On Day Coordination

Your on-day coordinator is your best friend on your wedding day. They are there to liaise with all vendors and staff and ensure the day runs efficiently. There isn’t anything our team isn’t prepared for.

Services Include:

Half Day Coordination Package

Incorporates six hours of ‘On day coordination’. LG Events will work with you to decide which six hours you require support with. This may include coordinating vendor arrival, ceremony set up and preparation. Or you may need support coordinating your ceremony, cocktail time and reception.

Full day Coordination Package

Incorporates ten hours of ‘On Day Coordination’. Inclusive of:
≫ On site for vendor arrival till end of formalities*
≫ Coordinate all vendor arrival
≫ Manage ceremony set up
≫ Ensure day runs smoothly and on time
≫ LG Events Snack and drinks cart for Bridal party photos
≫ Emergency management
≫ Access to wedding emergency bag
